What is the check-in and check-out times?
Our check in time is 2.00pm & check out time is 12 noon.
Can I request alate check-out or early check-in?
Certainly. Late check-out & early check-in requests are subject to availability. Please call or enquire with the front desk the day you arrive / depart to see if there is availability. We are a boutique hotel with limited inventory and though endeavor to make it possible – we cannot always grant these requests.
What are the charges for a late check-out?
If the extension request is within two hours after checking-out time, we’d be more than happy to accord this at no extra charge / fee. However, if you require a longer extension, a half-day room charge (check out before 6pm) or a full-day charge (check out after 6pm) would be applicable.
Is smoking allowed in the room?
Our hotel is a non-smoking property thus smoking is strictly not allowed in our rooms. Anyone caught smoking in a room will be charged a 5,000 BIRR penalty. Please approach our front desk to check on the location of the designated smoking areas in the vicinity of the building.
Do you have high-speed wireless internet access / WIFI available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed internet / WIFI access is available throughout the hotel; in all guestrooms & public spaces. One can sign in on multiple devices with no password required.
Do you have a gym in the hotel?
The gym is located on the ground floor and offers complimentary access for hotel guests.
Do you allow dogs/pets?
We love dogs and pets but unfortunately we do not allow them at the hotel.
Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?

What mode of payment(s) are accepted at the hotel?
Accepted forms of payment at the hotel are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, back transfers, RTGs, and cash.
Do you have a conference / private function room?
Located on the fifth floor, our modern conference hall accomodates up to 50 participants and offers refreshments and accessories upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Standard Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in without a fee.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in willl incur a 50% charge of one night’s stay.
No-show: Full charge for the first night applies. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
Do you have parking space in the hotel?
Yes, we do have limited parking spaces for our guests, however, they are on a first come, first served basis.
